Our Flower Cart is open every Saturday all day! The cart is located right outside the farm gate at 5532 Sweigert Rd, San Jose, CA. Cash and Venmo/Paypal are accepted. Stop on by!

Flower farm in the heart of Silicon Valley
GraceHope Flowers was started in 2019 by Jessica, who loves to grow flowers and had a dream of sharing this passion with other flower lovers. She named her business after her 2 daughters, Grace and Hope, who bring beauty into her life every day.
